Here is the opportunity to try our 2002 estate grown reds. 100% of all the grapes were grown at our Jolon Vineyard in South Monterey County, California in the newly established San Antonio Valley Appalachian.

The wines have been carefully cellared for the past five years and are at thier prime, drinking beautifully now.

Our Estate Flagship Blend

We blend six of our Jolon Vineyard grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Sangiovese and Syrah. This composition brings forward the best characteristic of each of our six varietals, integrated into this richly full-figured wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon- 2002

Cabernet Sauvignon is considered to be the noblest of all grapes.

Our Cabernet is a strong, though elegant and robustly complex wine that will naturally age with grace and stamina.

Our Merlot is an Estate blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, which produces a smooth tongue, yet full bodied wine.

If possesses intense fruit flavors, fine grained tannins and persistent, well integrated finish.
